I had to do some research on where to eat birria tacos in Merida, until I found Mr carnero on TikTok hahaha. I’m Hungarian and I must say, it was totally worth flying 16 hours to eat here. They were doing some sort of renovation while we were eating, but my birria distracted me completely from the noise ;) the service was kind, and quick, in general we were really happy with the place.

La mejor birria que he comido, a mi en lo personal no se me hizo caro, al contrario, para calidad se me hizo precio justo. Las quesabirrias son algo peques pero siempre puedes pedir más y no, qué cosa tan deli. Las aguas igual muy ricas y el consomé lo máximo igual, se me hace lindo como tienen el chagarrito, muy agradable y las salsas muy buenas también. Yo y mi novio amamos cañón, así que completamente recomiendo!

Por el precio, las porciones son muy pequeñas, el paquete para 2 personas cuesta 300 pesos pero la verdad que solo da para 1, y el birriamen cuesta 180 pero es mas una entrada que un plato principal, el personal es muy amable

Visité el lugar de noche y la cantidad de mosquitos es impresionante, resulta necesario llevar repelente pues ahí no me ofrecieron. Por suerte yo siempre llevo en el carro. El sabor de todo es muy bueno, el precio es un poco alto considerando que las porciones son pequeñas y el lugar es un pequeño tinglado con 3 mesas y bancas. Nada te protege de la lluvia, polvo o insectos. Tiene puntos a mejorar.

Muy buen sabor de los tacos y del consomé. Consideró pequeñas las porciones por el precio, y más cuando a la carne hay que estarle quitando trozos de huesos. El consomé tiene buen sabor pero no trae nada ( garbanzos, arroz, verduras ) es solo el caldo. Tienen aguas frescas y Coca Cola. El personal es amable y atento. Al estar en la lateral de la avenida, es fácil estacionar cerca en los alrededores. La quesabirria deliciosa pero pequeña. Buen sabor de las salsas. P/p $ 200
